Dollmaking Workshop - Paris, France - October 31-Nov.1
Join me for a two-day, in-person dollmaking workshop - a slow, focused creative immersion for those who love working with their hands and value the process as much as the result. Limited to five participants, the atmosphere will be intimate and supportive, allowing for close instruction and a shared rhythm of making.
This workshop is ideal for seasoned dollmakers looking to refine their techniques and add greater depth to their work, as well as for adventurous beginners with some hand-sewing experience (we’ll be using running and ladder stitches throughout the process).
With step-by-step guidance, you’ll create a Waldorf-inspired art doll (approximately 33-35 cm tall) with either bendable legs (2 parts) that allow her to sit naturally, or straight legs, using high-quality natural materials. You’ll sculpt an expressive, needle-felted face full of character, shape a smooth and well-proportioned body filled with silky soft organic wool, and finish your doll with a hairstyle made with Teeswater locks.
Over the course of the workshop, you’ll develop both technical skills and creative insight - leaving not only with a finished doll, but with renewed inspiration and the confidence to keep exploring your own artistic path.

The class will take place over two days - Saturday and Sunday, October 31- November 1st, from approximately 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
