Workshops Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Online workshop

    A partial refund (the workshop cost minus 6% PP/CC fees**) may be requested within one week (7 days) after your payment, if more than 30 days remain until the workshop. After 7 days (or if less than 30 days remain until the workshop), there is no refund or credit. This is because my online classes are recorded and shared after class ends (so you can catch it on replay if you missed it live!)

  • In-person workshop When a workshop is offered in-person, I order most of the materials to be used in the class and do lots of work well in advance, not to mention the logistics, if the class is offered not in my NY studio.

    A Non-refundable Registration fee/Deposit

    To enroll and hold a place in the workshop, the student is requested to submit a Deposit, which will be applied towards the tuition. The Deposit is NOT Refundable unless the instructor cancels the workshop.

** According to their updated policy, PayPal no longer returns the fees when a customer gets a full refund.

Shipping Policy

Payment & Shipping Address
We accept payments via PayPal and major credit/debit cards.
If you pay through PayPal, your order will be shipped to the shipping address linked to your PayPal account only. Please double-check that your PayPal shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.

Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient.

Returns & Refunds

Each doll is handmade with care, and due to their unique and personal nature, I’m unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
