Online workshop
A partial refund (the workshop cost minus 6% PP/CC fees**) may be requested within one week (7 days) after your payment, if more than 30 days remain until the workshop. After 7 days (or if less than 30 days remain until the workshop), there is no refund or credit. This is because my online classes are recorded and shared after class ends (so you can catch it on replay if you missed it live!)
In-person workshop When a workshop is offered in-person, I order most of the materials to be used in the class and do lots of work well in advance, not to mention the logistics, if the class is offered not in my NY studio.
A Non-refundable Registration fee is due upon registration with the commitment to pay the “final payment”. Then the balance is due before a date specified for that workshop.
If cancellation is made after the balance is paid, the balance will not be refunded and no credit will be issued.
** According to their updated policy, PayPal no longer returns the fees when a customer gets a full refund.
Petit Gosset dolls begin their adventurous lives in my home studio. Each doll comes out unique and has its own personality. Their skin is made from thick, 100%-cotton interlock from Switzerland, specially milled for dolls, and their bodies are firmly stuffed with premium eco-wool from Oregon. All the seams on their bodies are sewn twice for durability. Their eyes and lips, which I embroider with a cotton floss, immediately open up, and the mouth often begins to chatter, as I blush the new doll’s cheeks with a beeswax crayon. Petit Gosset dolls have diverse hair styles and lengths, and their hair is made with only natural fibers, such as hand-spun art yarn, goat mohair, or alpaca. Each doll leaves my studio dressed according to the latest fashion, in clothes carefully designed, sewn, and knitted by me from high-end natural fabrics and fibers, such as Italian linen, silk, cotton batiste, cashmere and alpaca yarn.
Petit Gosset dolls are intended for older children (7+) or adult collectors.

A few times a year I accept custom orders. If you’d like to work with me on a special doll made for you, please message me.
Each doll is one of a kind and takes more than 40 hours of work. Pricing depends on many factors (size, hair choice, facial features, materials and fashion styles) and starts at $600 (for a little 10-12” doll with mohair yarn hair and wearing a dress, sweater, underwear, socks, and shoes) .

Shipping:
~ I ship with a tracking number and insurance from the US within 1-3 days after the payment is received.
~ For International buyers: All taxes and duty must be paid by the customer. Petit Gosset is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during shipping. We are not responsible for items held up at custom.
