Hello!

I like to think of the art of doll-making as inspiring and calming. I fill each doll I make with love, and hope that this loving energy will carry through to the people who bring my dolls into their families. Welcome to my journal, where I share my creative adventures. Hope you have a pleasant stay!

Baby Leia

Baby Leia

There’s a peaceful stillness about her—an innocent, comforting presence that invites you to slow down, hold her close, and simply enjoy the quiet magic of this tiny sleeping soul.

Leia is lovingly handcrafted from all-natural materials, bringing warmth and softness with every touch. Her body is sewn from pure cotton, sourced from Switzerland, and filled with sweet-smelling, soft wool, offering a gentle, comforting scent—like a cozy embrace from nature.

Measuring just over 15 inches long, she has a beautifully weighted feel, with both her head and body softly weighted with fine glass beads. Her floppy limbs add to her natural, snuggly charm, allowing her to settle into your arms just like a real sleeping baby.

Her serene face is carefully needle-felted, giving her delicate, peaceful features full of quiet sweetness. Wisps of soft red mohair crown her head, slightly tousled as she slumbers, lost in dreams. She’s more than a doll—she’s a soothing little companion, ready to bring calm, comfort, and a touch of magic wherever she goes.

Leia is dressed in a sleeveless fully-lined cotton dress made from delicate Liberty of London fabric. Over it, she has a hand-knitted mohair and silk dress, light and wonderfully soft against her skin. A lace bonnet, carefully crafted from a luxurious blend of cashmere and silk, frames her sweet face. Her little legs are covered with cozy cotton tights, while bloomers—perfectly matching her dress—peek out underneath. To finish her outfit, she wears tiny crocheted booties made from the same mohair and silk blend, completing her tender, heirloom-worthy look.

Baby Leia is waiting to be held, loved, and cherished. If you feel called to welcome her into your home, you’ll find her HERE.
