Hello!

Whether you are new to a craft or want to learn new techniques to develop your craft skills, come and spend two full days with like-minded, creative people, and bring a doll alive.

I will guide you in the traditional art of doll-making and together we will craft a lovely little doll (14” tall), using a special cotton jersey and eco-wool. This doll will have a needle-felted face and DollyMo mohair for her hair.

Step-by-step photo instructions plus the pattern pieces will be provided in class so you can make more dolls once you get home. Patterns for basic garments will be included in the workshop's materials.

To be able to create a doll you will need basic hand-sewing knowledge (running and ladder stitches) and familiarity with basic crochet stitches (chain and single stitches).

When and Where?

The class will run on April 13-14 (Saturday-Sunday) in a charming seaside town of White Rock, BC (just 5 minutes north of the U.S./Canada border).

9.30 am - 6.30 pm

The class fee is 600 USD (with a non-refundable deposit of 200 USD to book a place, and the balance of $400 paid in cash on the day of the class.)
